Hoya Finlaysonii

A real collectors item, this is a slower growing species forming thick fleshy leaves.

Once a flower spike is formed, it will flower a number of times over the year and for many years after.

Flowers: Clusters of 30 to 50, 1cm flowers appear over the warmer months.

Position: Partly shaded positions and protected positionsm flowers better under higher sun level.  

Temperature: Moderate to warm range, must be undercover in colder areas and may need to be wintered in Southern States. 

Water: Keep drier in winter and moist in warmer months.

Fertiliser: Weak dose regularly in warmer months

Repotting: Only when plant is well advanced in pot or mid-spring.
