Yes.  Hoyas can be very challenging to care for and we want everyone to enjoy their hoyas for many years to come.  

All of our plant listings have instructions on how to care for your hoya.

If you have any questions not covered in our how to care for hoya instructions, please contact us.

We want to make sure that you receive your hoya in the best possible health, so we Express Post all of our orders and avoid posting when the plant may stay at Australia Post over the weekend.

Most of our orders are shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Australia Post standard of delivery is one to two days in most areas. 

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship plants internationally or to Australian states with enforced quarantine states: Western Australia, Tasmania and The Northern Territory.

Different countries, as well as these particular Australian states and territories have strict laws in place to protect local corps and their delicate environment.

Please check with your local state authority before purchasing plants.

We take every care to ensure that your plants are wrapped, packed and shipped to protect them as much as is humanly possible.

We will send you photos of the plants in their packing prior to sending to show you that we have taken every care.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible or liable for any damaged caused in transit by our shipping partners.
