A challenging, highly succulent species requiring less water than most hoya. Very slow growing and can take a few years to flowers but well worth the effort. Intermediate to tropical.
Flowers: Bright yellow 1cm flowers in small clusters in the warmers month.
Position: Full sun to heavy shade, will only flower under high light.
Temperature: Intermediate to warm, Indoors in colder climates.
Water: Keep drier in winter in colder climates amd moist in warmer months. In tropical climates reduce watering in summer to promote more flowers.
Fertiliser: Weak dose regularly in warmer months
Repotting: Only when plant is well advanced in pot or mid-spring.] to late summer. Growth is slow, plant can be trimmed to shaped when required or allowed to grow to any size.
